Nurse and quality leader with 17+ years in nursing quality and patient safety. Nine years as a CBAHI nursing surveyor across 91 hospitals. Former Head of Quality Improvement and Accreditation, Security Forces Hospital, Dammam. Quality roles at Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare and King Hussein Cancer Center.
He saw the evidence of nursing excellence spread across folders, inboxes, and memory. So he built the platform he always needed: NursingEdge, where Magnet readiness becomes a byproduct of daily work.
