1. Who we are

This website and the NursingEdge platform are operated by Nursing Edge Advisory LLC, New Mexico, USA ("we," "us"). Nursing Edge Advisory LLC is the controller of personal information collected through this website. You can reach us about privacy at info@nursingedgeadvisory.com.

2. Information we collect

• Information you send through our forms. Our forms collect your name, work email, organization, role, preferred dates and times, message, focus area, and time zone. We do not ask for a phone number.
• Platform account and usage data for customers using NursingEdge, including governance, quality, and clinical ladder records entered by your organization's users.
• Analytics, only with your permission. If you choose "Allow analytics" in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages and links are used. It sets cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type. If you choose "No thanks", Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. We do not use advertising tools.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested) to run and secure the site.

3. How we use information

• To respond to readiness call requests and other inquiries.
• To provide, maintain, and improve the NursingEdge platform for our customers.
• To communicate with you about your account or our services.
• To meet legal, security, and compliance obligations.

4. Healthcare data

Data entered into the NursingEdge platform by customer organizations (such as governance minutes, quality projects, and clinical ladder records) is handled under the customer agreement between Nursing Edge Advisory LLC and the healthcare organization.

The NursingEdge platform is not designed to store patient health information. Customers should de-identify records before upload. Where a customer's use may involve PHI, we sign a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement.

5. How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption of data in transit, role-based access controls, and tenant data isolation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Service providers

We do not sell personal information. We use these service providers to run this website:

• Formspree, to deliver form submissions to us by email.
• Render, to host this website and the NursingEdge platform. The platform's servers are in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany).
• Google Analytics, to measure website use, only if you allow analytics cookies.
• Google Fonts, to deliver the fonts used on this website. Your browser requests the fonts from Google, which receives your IP address.

We may also share information where the law requires it.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email info@nursingedgeadvisory.com with your request and the email address you used with us.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, we handle your request under the GDPR. If you are in Saudi Arabia, we handle your request under the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
