Template notice: This is a starting draft, not legal advice. Because NursingEdge handles nursing governance and quality data connected to healthcare organizations, have this reviewed by a healthcare/privacy attorney — and update it to match your actual data flows, subprocessors, and hosting setup — before relying on it in production.
